Associate

As an Associate, you will be an integral part of our customer-centric team, dedicated to delivering high-quality support and solutions. Your primary focus will be on handling inbound client inquiries, offering guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about customer service and has a keen interest in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, friendly, and efficient assistance to clients. Resolve customer queries and concerns, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution. Maintain a thorough understanding of BFSI products and services to offer informed advice. Document and update client records accurately, ensuring data integrity.

Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices. Stay updated with industry trends and changes to provide relevant and up-to-date information. Handle escalations and complex issues with a calm and professional demeanor. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times. Actively contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the BFSI industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
