Litigation Associate

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks a mid-senior-level associate to join the Defense Litigation practice in its Phoenix office. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start. Position Requirements: Must be admitted to the Arizona bar in good standing Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with commercial litigation, product liability, and/or personal injury defense.

Candidates should have the ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda, as well as strong academics. Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required. Nevada bar admission is a plus, along with admission to other states where Hinshaw has offices.
