Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's success by supporting the daily operations and customer care functions. You will be the backbone of our team, ensuring efficient processes and a positive customer experience. Your contributions will directly impact our reputation and growth. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information and solutions.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and ensuring a positive interaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve processes. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in regards to data privacy.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and support cases. Assist in training and mentoring new team members, sharing your expertise and best practices. Stay updated with industry trends and customer service best practices to enhance your skills. Work closely with the management team to identify and implement process improvements.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company's values and culture. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a back-office or operations capacity. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement. Familiarity with industry regulations and data privacy standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
