Responsible for Goods Inward material verification & Storage in predefined locations.
Ensure proper verification of material against invoice and packaging adherence. Resolve issues related material shortage, damage, rust and improvements in material packaging.
Ensure proper verification of outsourced materials and timely closure of their respective production orders.
Digitalization projects in Goods Inward & material storage area. Warehouse management (WM), Bar code GRN and visualisation projects
Support for Line feeding activities, critical/ spillage material monitoring.
Co-ordination with respective area owners and handover their material & get acknowledgment for the same
Perpetual inventory process to be conducted
CWH (Central Weare house) material issued, storage and transfer in system to spares as per requirement.
Managing all types of audits with a proactive approach to ensure 100% compliance and zero non-conformities (NCs).
Monitor and audit bin location for reduction of cycle time for material picking and placement at particular loc.
Timely clearance of KSB Foundry and other rejection to avoid accumulation.
Working on Non-Moving items suggested by MRP team for timely clearance. Requirement profile: Formal education: DME or BE Mechanical Professional experience: Experience in Engineering or related Industry is preferred In years: 5 to 10 years Functional Skills: Store management Goods Inward / Adding (Put away) GRN documentation Inventory management Line feeding Working Knowledge of SAP-MM system Knowledge of Integrated Management system Workforce management & Conflict management Behavioural Skills:
