AMI Operations Manager (Territorial)

Under the general supervision of the Chief Information Officer, the AMI Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all operational activities related to the Authority’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), including meter data collection, field communication devices, system performance, and vendor coordination.

The Manager supervises AMI Technicians and Analysts, ensures the reliable operation of UIQ, Compass MDMS, and networked AMI devices, and maintains compliance with established performance standards, reporting requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
