HEB - Catering Supervisor

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position’s responsibility is to Oversee Premium Operations in a given area from opening to closing events, and maintains the food and service standards set by the company. BASIC OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Always appear in proper uniform and look presentable when on the floor or at assigned area
• Ensure all stand crew members are following RS3 Core Values as they relate to their specific assignment
• Supervise stand crew and ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure your area (suite/banquet room) is completely set up prior to opening time of events.
• Ensure your assigned area is set up and maintained to meet Ryan Sanders Sports Services’ standards.
• Ensure all areas, equipment, floors, food services areas are clean and in proper working order.
• Responsible for accuracy and completion of opening and closing inventories, deliveries, transfers, requisitions and spoilage. Note; any discrepancies should be reported immediately.
• Responsible for all inventories and company assets (equipment, keys, small wares, tools and supplies) in your assigned area.
• Perform prompt and friendly service.
• Maintain food quality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety and alcohol regulations.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Requirements:
• Familiar with premium operation and required set-up, execution and breakdown of event.
• Knowledge of, and ability to communicate all policies to crew members
• Proven management experience. Other Requirements:
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry food and other items weighing up to 45 pounds and occasionally greater.
• Must be able to go from warm to cold climates (workstation to coolers).
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
