Associate- Sales

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate – Sales with strong knowledge of industrial chemicals, preferably in the rubber chemical industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, communication, and relationship management skills. The role involves market mapping, promoting industrial chemical products, conducting regular customer visits, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely payment collections across the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market mapping to identify potential customers and business opportunities. Promote and sell industrial chemical products, including synthetic rubber, rubber chemicals, specialty rubber additives, carbon black, release agents, and PU systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with rubber product manufacturers and industrial customers.

Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and generate sales opportunities. Manage customer accounts independently, ensuring end-to-end sales coordination. Ensure customers adhere to agreed credit periods and follow up on outstanding payments. Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business expansion.

Achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Key Skills and Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the rubber chemical industry. Strong knowledge of industrial chemicals, synthetic rubber, rubber additives, and related products. Excellent commercial sales, negotiation, and business development skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. Good listening skills to understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities. Experience in market mapping, customer acquisition, and account management. Ability to handle customer accounts independently and manage payment follow-ups.

Willingness to travel regularly across the Delhi NCR region for customer visits. Diploma or Degree in Rubber Technology preferred. Apply by sending your CV to [email protected]
