SUMMARY: Sun Noodle is seeking an IT Help Desk Coordinator to ensure IT systems are working properly and to support IT initiatives. The IT Help Desk Coordinator will report to the IT Director and play a key part in working cross functionally with internal departments such as Operations, Finance & Sales. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support as needed. Off-hour support can occur from time to time depending on the issue. Devices & Systems to be supported include, but are not limited to: Computers (Desktops, Laptops, Macs) Phones (VOIP, company cell phones) Network (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Access Points) Printers (Laser. Jet, MFP, Label printers) Copiers (owned, leased) Mobile devices (Android scanners, tablets, i. Excellent interpersonal skills who can build strong working relationships with an ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers, and partners across varying teams.
