Manager, Planning

The Planning Manager leads a team of production planners to ensure material availability and on‑time delivery for complex semiconductor projects. This role manages 500–1000 items per project, develops production schedules from demand forecasts, and coordinates with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer commitments.

It monitors inventory, prevents bottlenecks, oversees ERP/PLM data integrity, and ensures compliance with company policies. With strong experience in manufacturing, MRP/ERP systems, and team leadership, the manager drives efficient planning, resource optimization, and reliable production outcomes at UCT’s Singapore facility.
