Founding Growth Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Own prelaunch growth for an early-stage consumer AI hardware startup developing a wearable for private interaction with computers. You will work directly with the founder and a small founding team, building the audience and waitlist from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and grow the prelaunch waitlist, making signups the primary measure of success.
• Create and distribute content that communicates the value of private computer interaction.
• Start with Instagram and LinkedIn, then test additional channels based on results.
• Run fast growth experiments with a small paid acquisition budget and invest more in approaches that convert.
• Own campaign messaging, distribution, and the insights gathered from each experiment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of growth or marketing experience building audiences or waitlists at early-stage startups.
• Experience growing an audience or waitlist from zero.
• Hands-on experience creating social content for Instagram and LinkedIn, with an understanding of how social platforms distribute content.
• Experience managing paid acquisition budgets and running rapid experiments to improve signups.
• Comfort working with small founding teams and taking ownership in an early-stage environment.
• Event planning and execution experience for audience growth is a plus.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION Full-time, on-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
