About the Role

Shop. Back Pay is hiring an Associate Director of Channel Partnerships to build and grow the channels and partnerships that generate merchant leads, accounts, referrals and revenue. This is a regional role supporting Singapore and Hong Kong with frequent travels (at least 1 week each month). You will identify opportunities beyond traditional payment service provider channels, prioritize the partners with the strongest potential, and structure partnerships that improve merchant-side outcomes.

The work spans new partnerships and ongoing management of existing relationships.
