Senior Technology Transfer & Communications Analyst

Senior Technology Transfer & Communications Analyst Location: Onsite – Egg Harbor Township, NJ, five days per week. The Senior Technology Transfer & Communications Analyst will provide program planning, analysis, documentation, and communications support for a federal program, with primary responsibilities supporting technology transfer, communications, and outreach activities.

The role includes managing Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), tracking program metrics for federal reporting, administering royalty payments, and delivering outreach and training to internal and external stakeholders. The analyst will also develop, edit, and finalize technical and strategic communications products for a variety of audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a qualifying major. Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. Knowledge of aviation programs, issues, and terminology. Working knowledge of Associated Press (AP) and Government Publishing Office (GPO) style. Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Ability to handle sensitive agreement and royalty documentation. Occasional travel to workshops, symposiums, conferences, and exhibits.
