Working alongside an experienced F&I Consultant, you'll gain valuable industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and the training needed to progress into a consultant role in the future.

About the Role

As a Finance Administrator, you'll provide administrative and customer support to our Finance & Insurance team, helping ensure a seamless experience for customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey.

Key responsibilities include

Assisting with finance applications and supporting documentation Liaising with customers, lenders and internal departments Preparing paperwork and finance contracts for completion Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation Coordinating settlements and following up outstanding information Supporting the F&I Consultant with daily administrative tasks Delivering exceptional customer service and communication This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in finance, administration or automotive sales who is looking to develop a specialised skill set and advance their career.

About You

Previous administration, customer service or sales experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confidence using computer systems and learning new processes A professional and customer-focused approach The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment A genuine interest in the automotive industry and finance sector Previous automotive experience is advantageous but not essential.
