Your Responsibilities

Provide Direct Resident Care – Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor & Report Changes – Observe residents' conditions and report any concerns to nurses. Ensure Comfort & Safety – Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Engage with Residents – Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.

Follow Care Plans – Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.

Qualifications

Active CNA Certification (State-approved). Compassionate & Patient-Focused Mindset. Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment. Previous Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Experience (Preferred, but not required).
