Most of our positions are remote, offering flexibility while working on impactful projects. Key Skills & Qualifications We’re Looking For: Technical Writing: Proven experience in creating clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, release notes, and online help systems.

Collaboration: Ability to work closely with software developers, engineers, and product managers to gather information and translate it into easily understandable content for diverse audiences. Documentation Tools: Proficiency with documentation tools like MS Word, Adobe Frame. Maker, Mad. Cap Flare, Confluence, or similar.

Technical Concepts: Familiarity with technical concepts related to web development, software engineering, and cloud systems. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Markdown is a plus. Federal Experience: Prior experience working on projects for U.S. Federal organizations is preferred, but not required. Clearance: U.S. Federal security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
