Market Development Specialist

On behalf of our Client, TESY , a leading companу in the development, production and marketing of electric water heaters, indirectly heated water tanks, electric heating appliances and heat pump water heaters in Europe, we are looking for proactive and motivated professional to fill in the following position: Market Development Specialist Belgrade Duties and responsibilities: Researche and analyse the market of: electric water heaters, indirectly heated water tanks Support distributors in developing existing accounts and opening new points of sale Monitor stock levels and assortment implementation Implement TESY merchandising standards and category planograms Monitor shelf pricing and promotional execution Organize installer trainings, demonstrations and educational events Build good relationships with different stakeholders - installers, contractors, service companies, investors, architects and MEP consultants Identify residential, commercial and public-sector project opportunities Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities, and identify route-to-market developments and growth opportunities Organize customer visits, generate and track leads, and report activities through Salesforce CRM Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports Support development of service network coverage Expectations: University degree in economics, technical science or other major suitable for the position 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales; background in the HVAC industry is an advantage Professional proficiency in English Advanced computer literacy Valid Category B driver’s license Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Proactive, outgoing personality A highly organized, independent, and resilient work ethic What Client offer: Opportunity to be part of an international team and a company with high working standards and an open and supportive culture Great opportunity for personal and professional development *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
