We’re not a late-night restaurant, so you won’t always be stuck until midnight, and every location offers free onsite parking. What You’ll Do Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, custom creations, and an extensive wine list Provide exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest Educate guests on wine and beverage offerings, making recommendations with confidence Maintain a clean, organized bar and ensure all equipment and supplies are in top condition Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus What We’re Looking For A passion for wine and cocktails with strong product knowledge Previous bartending experience in an upscale or full-service restaurant Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Creative flair for crafting unique drinks and engaging with guests Positive attitude and reliability Perks Competitive pay + tips Flexible schedules No late nights Free onsite parking Opportunities for growth and wine education Employee discounts Requirements Bartender Job Requirements: Experience as a bartender Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages A bartending certificate is a plus Basic computer and math skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Professional and positive disposition Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
