Position Overview

The Cage Cashier is responsible for the operational efficiency of Casino Cage and Chip Bank. This position requires excellent customer service to all patrons and guests and ensure that the customer service standards are being followed. You will be required to handle cash, chips, tokens, and the likes that are commonly used in the casino cage and ensure that all records and transactions are properly and accurately maintained.

1. Perform cashiering duties include: Ø Account for cashier float (which include cash, supyeo, gaming chips etc.) under custodian; Ø Accountable for transactions processed during the assigned working shift;
2. Perform chip banker functions as assigned on rotation basis; perform chip banker duties include: Ø Account for Chip bank inventory under custodian; Ø Accountable for Chip Fill and Chip Credit/ Collection transactions processed during the assigned working shift; Ø Chip Rotation
3. Perform daily shift end / day end balancing; and
4. Perform counting in the soft count room and handle soft count operations;
5. Ensure strictest compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and standard operating procedures.Prepare analysis reports for the Credit Management
6. Handle the proper maintenance of patron credit files
7.
