As Crew Foreman, you serve as the chief bridge between job-site execution and client satisfaction. You will manage daily workflow while interacting directly with homeowners, property managers, sales arborists, and crew members to uphold the highest standards of quality and service in Dallas**.
Core Responsibilities:**
Operational Leadership:** Lead, delegate, and work alongside field personnel to execute residential and commercial tree care projects safely and efficiently.
Arboricultural Excellence:** Conduct advanced pruning, removals, tree risk evaluations, cabling, and bracing using industry best practices.
Heavy Equipment Operation:** Masterfully operate Spyder lifts, aerial bucket trucks, heavy loaders, and specialized power equipment.
Equipment Stewardship:** Direct routine inspection, maintenance, and upkeep for all assigned machinery and tools.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:** Deliver exceptional, professional customer service on site to guarantee full client satisfaction.
Safety Compliance:** Enforce rigorous safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company procedures on every job.
Qualifications & Key Attributes:**
Proven Expertise:** 5+ years of hands-on experience in complex tree care operations, including advanced rigging, pruning, and removals.
Technical Mastery:** In-depth knowledge of tree biology, species identification, plant pathology, and proper care strategies.
Advanced Climbing Skills:** Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently climb, work, and navigate tree canopies.
Equipment Proficiency:** Skilled in operating and maintaining chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, and aerial lifts.
Problem-Solving & Leadership:** Strong analytical ability to make sound decisions on site under dynamic field conditions.
Licensure & Credentials:**
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for at least 3 years prior(CDL-B highly preferred).
ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred.
