26-63 Product Leader, Growth (18 Months)

The Product Leader, Growth will identify and scale opportunities that increase participation in the safety system, strengthen compliant behaviour and create sustainable revenue in support of our safety mandate. This role brings together product leadership, growth strategy, market insight and behavioural thinking in understanding how individuals and businesses participate in the safety system, what drives them to comply, disengage or operate outside of it. A key focus will be taking an innovative, market-based approach to addressing the underground economy by understanding the behaviours and market dynamics that drive non-participation and non-compliance, developing targeted strategies to influence behaviour, sustain participation, and deliver measurable outcomes.
