Our OTR Team Pay Plan is simple: stay out longer, earn more. Your first 10 days out are paid at 80¢ CPM (team rate). Beginning Day 11, your pay automatically increases to 88¢ CPM (team rate) and stays there for every mile you run until you return home. On top of that, you can earn up to an additional 2.5¢ CPM through our monthly safety bonus program.
