Paralegal - Revo Health

The Paralegal provides operational and administrative support for the organization’s legal and compliance functions. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, this position assists with administration of the corporate compliance program, contract management processes, policy administration, corporate governance activities, and other legal operations.

The Paralegal helps ensure compliance activities are documented, tracked, and completed in a timely manner while supporting legal department efficiency through contract administration, document management, and coordination of legal projects. This role is not responsible for providing legal advice or independently directing the organization’s compliance program, but serves as a key operational resource supporting those functions.
