Responsibilities

Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, emails, and online platforms Identify potential clients and requirements in the US Staffing industry Build and maintain client relationships Coordinate with recruitment teams for requirement fulfillment Follow up with clients regarding submissions and interviews Maintain daily reports and CRM/trackers Learn US Staffing processes, technologies, and recruitment workflow Required Skills: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months experience can apply Good English communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge required Confident and quick learner Sales or business development interest preferred Willing to work in Night Shift / US Shift Must be able to commute by self Qualification: BCA, B.
