Athletic Concierge, Full-Time

Athletics Concierge is the friendly face and go-to resource for student-athletes and athletic departments. In this role, you’ll ensure a seamless experience by providing top-notch customer service and support at all levels. Your primary focus? Making sure student-athletes get the care they need by managing referrals, ensuring preauthorization is completed, and scheduling of appointments.

The Athletics Concierge is responsible for consistent supportive communication between Community Hospital providers, Athletic Trainers, and coaches.
