Business Operations Manager

The Role Under the broad direction of the Group Director, Population Screening and Cancer Prevention (PSCP) the Business Operations Manager manages the operational administrative functions for PSCP’s services (breast, bowel and cervical screening, and the diagnostic breast imaging service), covering a broad range of areas, including finance, human resources, procurement, logistics and asset management.

Support the Group Director PSCP and managers through the application of specialised advice, business analysis, planning, purchasing and asset management, and project management in determining strategies, priorities, and resource allocation to achieve quality service delivery and meet established performance targets and outcomes.

The role is engaged in complex activities that implement strategy and enhances performance of PSCP programs, projects and service delivery. While the scope of work is defined by the operational and strategic priorities, the role works collaboratively within and across PSCP teams and a broad range of stakeholders to meet agreed briefs and service standards.

• General Stream, Band 6 Salary $111,754 - $126,579 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2025 *Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies.
