Custodian

*Job Summary The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the facility. This role ensures that buildings, restrooms, offices, and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize the waterpark administrative office, including desks, counters, and common surfaces Mop office floors and maintain a clean, dry, and safe walking environment Vacuum all carpeted areas within the office and designated spaces Thoroughly clean and disinfect the public women’s, men’s, and family restrooms Replenish restroom supplies including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Clean, disinfect, and deodorize toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and partitions Empty trash and sanitary receptacles in office and restroom areas Clean all interior windows and glass doors, ensuring they are streak-free Spot-clean walls, doors, and high-touch areas Monitor and report any maintenance or plumbing issues Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Working Conditions Will REQUIRE after hours --evenings and weekends Exposure to cleaning chemicals Physical labor including lifting up to 25–50 lbs Indoor and occasional outdoor work *This position is open to applicants who are 18 years of age or older.
