• The Dental Treatment Coordinator at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC is responsible for providing patient-centric and compassionate care while effectively managing financial obstacles through third-party finance companies. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can ensure an exceptional patient experience from the front office, including insurance verification, scheduling, and patient copay collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care focused on patient needs and satisfaction.
• Overcome financial obstacles by utilizing third-party finance companies to facilitate patient treatment plans.
• Execute front office responsibilities, including welcoming patients and ensuring their experience is exceptional.
• Verify insurance details and manage patient scheduling.
• Collect patient copays and handle other financial transactions as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the dental office operations.Qualifications: Required Education:
• High School Diploma or GED Required Experience:
• Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, specifically with an Endodontist Required Skills and Abilities:
