Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and market trends Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Follow up with existing clients to cross-sell and upsell relevant products. Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships Requirements Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
