We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Advisor to join the regulatory team of an advisory firm, providing compliance and regulatory guidance for any i. Gaming-related matters to internal stakeholders and external clients. The right candidate has experience of working with both MGA and other i. Gaming jurisdictions and is offered a salary of €40-45K Role & Responsibilities Report directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs Monitor local and international regulatory developments and advise clients on regulatory changes and compliance requirements Liaise with prospective clients, outlining the optimal operational set-up for their requirements Manage licence and other applications, working with clients on due diligence materials, business plans, technical and operational policies, procedures and outsourcing agreements Maintain a portfolio of clients, meeting their requirements and expectations Handle day-to-day client queries on gaming regulation and compliance Ensure clients comply with MGA and international regulatory requirements, including regular reporting obligations Act as the client’s point of contact with the MGA and other supervisory bodies, responding to queries in a timely and detailed manner and addressing any gaps in information with clients Perform other duties as required Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or a Professional Certificate in Gaming or Compliance i.
