Human Resources Officer

Job Overview Level Up is seeking an HR Officer to support the company's human resources operations and ensure a positive, compliant, and safe workplace. This role will handle employee onboarding, employee relations, labor compliance, and workplace safety and well-being initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Support Welcome and assist new hires throughout the onboarding process. Process initial employment documents and requirements. Provide employees with guidance on company policies and procedures. Employee Relations Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts. Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

Support employee well-being and engagement initiatives. Legal Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor and employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation. Support HR policies and processes that minimize employment-related risks. Safety, Health & Workplace Environment Implement and monitor workplace safety and health policies.

Assist in investigating workplace incidents and employee concerns. Promote a safe, respectful, and harassment-free work environment. Other Responsibilities Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of extensive experience in HR, preferably with experience handling employee relations, compliance, and general HR operations. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented. Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Basic knowledge of medical and logistics is an advantage.
