Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Full-Time | Days + Call

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected healthcare organization in Manchester, TN, to recruit a skilled and dependable Certified Surgical Technologist to join their Surgery / OR Departments. In this role, you'll assist surgeons and the surgical team before, during, and after surgical procedures while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and sterile operating room environment.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days | On-call availability as required What You'll Do Prepare and maintain sterile operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies Anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout procedures Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts with the circulating nurse Clean, restock, and prepare operating rooms between procedures Ensure surgical equipment is functioning properly and report any issues Handle and label surgical specimens according to established protocols What We Are Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program Current BLS certification or ability to obtain Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required Additional Requirements Knowledge of sterile technique, aseptic practices, and infection prevention Ability to prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot surgical instruments and equipment Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work full-time days and participate in on-call coverage as needed What You Can Expect Benefits Exceptional patient care starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered - backed by comprehensive compensation and benefits every step of the way Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D Insurance Retirement Plans PTO, Leave of Absence Maternity/Disability Leave Flexible Spending Account If you're a dependable Certified Surgical Technologist who takes pride in precision, teamwork, and delivering quality surgical support, we encourage you to apply and become part of a team dedicated to outstanding patient care.
