Job Summary

As a Confirmit Survey Programmer at Cursory Technologies, you will be responsible for programming and managing online surveys using Confirmit, a leading survey and feedback management platform. You will work closely with our research team to ensure surveys are accurately designed, efficiently programmed, and deliver reliable data for analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Survey Programming: Design and program online surveys using Confirmit. Customize survey templates and layouts as per project requirements. Ensure the functionality and logic of surveys, including skip patterns and branching, work flawlessly. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of surveys to identify and resolve any issues.

Ensure data collection processes are error-free. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to surveys. Data Management: Oversee data collection, storage, and retrieval processes. Collaborate with data analysts to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Monitor survey response rates and implement strategies to improve them.

Client Support: Interact with clients to understand their survey requirements. Provide technical support and guidance on survey design and functionality. Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of survey programming processes and methodologies. Create user guides and training materials for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Computer Science, or a related discipline). Proven experience with Confirmit survey programming. Strong knowledge of survey design, question types, and survey logic. Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
