Generative AI specialist

This is a remote position. As a Generative AI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing generative AI models to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage generative AI techniques across various domains, including natural language processing, computer vision, and creative content generation.

Key Responsibilities

Generative Model Development: Develop state-of-the-art generative models, such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers, to generate high-quality and creative content. Model Training and Optimization: Train and fine-tune generative models using large datasets to achieve high levels of accuracy and performance. Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and curate datasets for generative AI training, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Algorithm Design: Design and implement novel algorithms and techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of generative AI models. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and domain experts to integrate generative AI solutions into various applications and projects.

Model Evaluation: Evaluate and benchmark generative models using appropriate metrics and performance indicators. Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and contribute to research efforts to push the boundaries of the field. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of generative AI models, experiments, and results for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Ethical Considerations: Ensure ethical considerations are integrated into the development of generative AI models, including bias mitigation and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred). Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., Tensor. Flow, Py. Torch). Proficiency in data preprocessing and manipulation.

Excellent problem-solving and algorithmic thinking skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of ethical AI principles and responsible AI practices is a plus.
