Esther’s Cajun Cafe & Soul food Is Now Hiring! Position: Line Server - 5007 N Shepherd, Houston, TX 77018. Esther’s Cajun Cafe & Soul food is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Line Server to join our team at our original location! We’re seeking someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and presentation, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Serve food accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper portion sizes. Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked serving line. Know our menu items and answer customer questions about available dishes. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.

Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, and food-safety procedures. Keep the serving area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift. Assist with restocking food, supplies, and serving utensils as needed. Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and a friendly, customer-focused personality.

Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Good communication and teamwork skills. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Previous restaurant or food-service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
