HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's future by attracting and hiring top talent. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

Your responsibilities

will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will also collaborate with our HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through effective sourcing techniques. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates. Maintain accurate records and generate recruitment reports as required. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Support and contribute to the overall HR team's initiatives and projects. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.

Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed recruitment decisions. Experience with social media recruitment and networking platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
