This leader will have ownership of the Back of House operation, with responsibility for developing the kitchen team, strengthening culture, and driving excellence in food safety, food quality, throughput, inventory, and overall operational performance. This is a highly hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the operation, developing people, building strong systems, and holding themselves and others to a high standard.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with Owner/Operator, Brett Jugo, while leading a team of approximately 25 people and making a significant impact on the restaurant. Your Impact Provide leadership and oversight for all Back of House operations Lead, coach, and develop a kitchen team of approximately 25 Team Members and Leaders Build strong relationships with the team and create a culture where people feel heard, supported, challenged, and developed Maintain a hands-on leadership presence in daily restaurant operations, spending approximately 50–60% of your time operationally Drive excellence in food safety, food quality, speed of service, throughput, and overall guest experience Lead AHA usage and optimization throughout the kitchen Oversee inventory management, truck ordering, food cost, and product stewardship Develop systems and processes that create consistency, accountability, and sustainable operational results Identify, train, and develop future leaders while effectively delegating responsibilities throughout the kitchen Partner closely with the Owner/Operator and Leadership Team to identify opportunities and continually improve restaurant performance Model Chick-fil-A Trabuco Hills Center's Core Values of Character, Hustle, Excellence, and Growth Work a flexible schedule across both morning and evening dayparts based on the needs of the business Background Profile Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Previous experience leading a kitchen operation, including food safety, food quality, inventory, ordering, and throughput Previous experience leading and developing a team of at least 10+ Open availability with the flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts Alignment with Chick-fil-A Trabuco Hills Center's Core Values of Character, Hustle, Excellence, and Growth Apply now and you will be contacted ASAP.
