We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with strengths in team development, training, and/or restaurant operations. Candidates will be considered for Training Director or Executive Leadership opportunities based on their background, demonstrated results, and organizational needs. Partner with the Owner/Operator and leadership team to develop strong teams, improve performance, and deliver an excellent guest experience.

This is a hands-on restaurant leadership opportunity, with responsibilities aligned to your experience and area of leadership. Your Impact Lead by example and build a positive, accountable team culture Coach team members and develop future leaders Identify opportunities to improve systems and team performance Use measurable results to evaluate progress and drive improvements Collaborate with other leaders to support restaurant goals Depending on role placement, lead training and development initiatives or oversee daily restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH execution Background Profile 5+ years of leadership experience in training, team development, and/or restaurant operations Demonstrated success leading teams and developing leaders Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills Open availability, including opening and closing shifts For Training Director opportunities, experience leading training programs For Executive Leadership opportunities, 5+ years of high-level restaurant experience with both FOH and BOH College degree, previous Chick-fil-A experience, and Serv.
