System Analyst

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Proven ability to engage users and stakeholders effectively using appropriate communication techniques
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from diverse user groups
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders 2.

Requirements

Gathering & Documentation

• Expert in modern requirements gathering methodologies (interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping)
• Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation including: o Business Requirements Documents (BRD) o Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) o Agile User Stories and Use Cases o Process Flow Diagrams
• Strong focus on clarity, completeness, and traceability Impact Analysis

1. Understanding of AI/ML Projects

• Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and unique requirements gathering challenges
• Familiarity with ethical AI considerations and bias mitigation

1. Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) Analysis

• Strong understanding of NFR categories
• Ability to translate business needs into technical NFRs

1. Rapid Prototyping & Design Tools

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
• Ability to create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
• Experience using prototypes for requirements validation and user feedback
• Knowledge of design thinking principles

1. Understanding and Experience in Data Analysis & Insights

• Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to interpret data trends and translate findings into business insights

1. Financial & Business Acumen

• Cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculation experience
• Understanding of business metrics and KPIs

1. Change Management

• Experience developing change management strategies
• Stakeholder impact assessment capabilities
• Training needs analysis and documentation
• User adoption and communication planning
