F&I Manager

We Are Looking for a Top Performer! We are not looking for an average F&I Manager. We want a proven producer who knows how to maximize profitability, maintain strong lender relationships, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and consistently perform at a high level. The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, process-driven, and knows how to close deals while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining a positive customer experience. Consistently achieve and exceed PVR, product penetration, and departmental gross profit objectives. Present and sell financing options, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and other F&I products. Secure competitive financing approvals through established lender relationships.

Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners. Structure deals effectively to maximize approvals and profitability. Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate, compliant, and funded promptly. Minimize CIT, contracts in transit, funding delays, and chargebacks. Work closely with sales managers to maximize every opportunity.

Maintain strict compliance with all federal and California automotive finance regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of successful automotive F&I management experience preferred. Proven track record of producing strong PVR and F&I product penetration. Strong knowledge of dealership financing, lender programs, and deal structuring. Exceptional closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Experience with automotive DMS, menu selling, and electronic contracting systems.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Must be a team player with a competitive mindset and a desire to win.
