Physical Therapist

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION A member of the health care team who plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional/Educational Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy. License required. Basic computer knowledge. Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required. # Personal Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.

Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.
