Auto Press Operator - 1st Shift

HSM is hiring an Auto Press Operator to join our metal manufacturing team! In this hands-on role, you’ll set up and operate automatic press equipment, load steel, change dies, read blueprints, inspect finished parts using gauges and measuring tools, and make adjustments to maintain quality and production standards. No formal education is required, and while previous manufacturing experience is preferred, it’s not required for consideration.
