FEA Engineer

HSM Solutions is seeking an FEA Engineer to help improve the structural performance, durability, and reliability of our products. In this role, you will use finite element analysis to guide design decisions for components and assemblies such as seating frames, formed and welded structures, mechanisms, and related mobility components.

You will work closely with design, testing, manufacturing, quality, and program teams to identify risks early, validate simulation results through physical testing, and recommend practical improvements. This opportunity is well suited for an engineer who enjoys solving complex structural problems and translating technical findings into clear recommendations.
