Position Overview

The Tire Technician is responsible for mounting and balancing tires, performing basic maintenance services, and supporting our shop team to deliver dependable, high-quality work for every customer. Duties & Responsibilities Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires Perform flat repairs, valve stem replacements, and tire inspections Complete oil changes, fluid checks, and vehicle inspections Assist with brake pad/rotor replacements Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Provide excellent customer service What We’re Looking For Prior tire experience preferred, but training available Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop Team-oriented and safety-conscious Valid driver’s license required Compensation & Benefits $15–$18/hr depending on experience Performance bonuses & tire/upsell spiffs Overtime Employee discounts on tires and parts Paid time off after probationary period Salary $15 - $18 per hour
