General Service Technician

This is an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing excellent service.

As a General Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, tire services, and basic automotive repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Conduct tire services, including tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair.
• Assist with wheel alignment services using state-of-the-art alignment equipment.
• Assist other technicians in diagnosing and repairing basic automotive issues related to steering, suspension, and braking systems.
• Assist with performing vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for additional services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist other technicians and team members as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an automotive service environment is preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work with hands for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions as needed.
