Clinical Program Supervisor - Crisis Services

The Clinical Supervisor works with the Crisis Services Program. Administers all aspects of programs including quality of service, personnel matters, maintaining contact with community groups, collaborating with community agencies, and assisting the manager when required. Responsible for supervising assigned programs and program staff.

Interviews, onboards, trains, and evaluates new employees. Provides administrative and clinical supervision. Works with diverse staff and service population.
