Community Support Team (CST) Certified Recovery Support Specialist

The CST Peer Mentor/Recovery Support Specialist uses their personal lived experience with recovery from mental health or substance use challenges to provide non-clinical, peer-led support. As a key member of the CST, this role helps navigate complex care systems, build resilience, and achieve self-directed recovery goals.

Uses a multi-disciplinary, multi-service, and systemic approach, provides a range of community, and home-based services serving adults with complex, high risk, and high-need mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders.
