Junior Project Manager

This role suits someone who likes keeping projects on track, works well between clients and production teams, and wants to grow into a full project management role. Location: Barajevo, 9-17, on-site Type: Full-time What you’ll do Manage client projects from the first request to delivery, working closely with the Sales Manager.

Turn client requirements into clear briefs for the development and production teams, so everyone knows what to make, to what standard and by when. Set goals, scope and deadlines for each project. On larger projects, work with the senior Project Manager on costing, procurement and development. Once a project is approved, open the work order and brief the team on design, samples or the production run.

Track every stage, from sample-making to series production, and raise delays or risks early. Plan your week around active projects and agree on priorities with your manager. Help the Sales Manager prepare for client meetings in Serbia and abroad. Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences when needed.

Suggest and put in place improvements to how sales and marketing projects are run. What we’re looking for Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle several projects at once Good negotiation and communication skills Excellent English, spoken and written (German is an advantage) Good MS Office skills Willingness to travel occasionally for fairs and client meetings Nice to have Experience coordinating projects in production, manufacturing, retail or marketing Familiarity with project tracking tools
