Central Ministries Pastor

Position Profile Central Ministries Pastor Reports To: Executive Pastor Purpose and Vision: Lead the direction and vision for all Centralized Ministries including Adult Ministries (Groups, Local & Global Good), Next Generations (Kids, Students, College & Residency), Guest Experience, and Discipleship. Skills & Abilities

• Understanding of the Cross Point vision and the big picture of one church in multiple locations.
• Strong organizational, administrative, assimilation and team building skills.
• Understanding of adult and next generations ministries experiences and ability to lead and inspire others to accomplish that the goals in each ministry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Gifted leader, manager, and team player.
• Embodies standards and expectations of leaders within Cross Point and Staff Virtues. Primary Responsibilities Carry the vision of adult and next generations ministries, discipleship and guest experience at Cross Point Church to achieve desired goals. Manage the multi-site ministries team to achieve desired results and lead healthy ministries. Provide secondary leadership to ministry team members as needed. Oversee budgets of Central Ministries and each ministry area in downstream to maximize effectiveness over the course of the year. Analyzing and interpreting data related to all ministry activities that will help guide future decisions and track effectiveness. Rotate locations for the Sunday experience providing local support to campus staff. Engage in the process of launching new campuses. Any and all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience leading staff for a minimum of 2 years preferably in a multi-site church setting.
