Hendersonville Guest Experience Director & Campus Coordinator

Position Profile Hendersonville Guest Experience Director & Campus Coordinator Reports To: Hendersonville Campus Pastor Purpose Lead the Guest Experience Volunteer team to create environments at Cross Point Hendersonville that make guests feel welcome and provide opportunity for people to find and follow Jesus. Assist, resource and come alongside the Campus Pastor and Hendersonville campus team to help coordinate Sundays, special events, outside building usage, organization of campus needs and other ministry duties.

Primary Responsibilities Guest Experience Create a guest service culture by recruiting, training and developing volunteers for the Guest Experience team. (safety, parking, café, greeters, auditorium hosts, first-time guest team) Actively coach volunteers so that they can confidently succeed at their assignments Develop systems that maximize the effectiveness of our weekend teams.

Build relationships with key ministry leaders and volunteers. Create an excellent weekend experience for guests and volunteers. Work with campus staff to “give ministry back” by equipping strong volunteers to both lead and execute ministry. Responsible for managing inventory of all GE and café supplies. Campus Coordination Translate campus vision into executable plans, ensuring services, events, and environments run with clarity, consistency, and excellence in partnership with the Campus Pastor.

Own the coordination of all operational elements (facilities, logistics, scheduling, safety, vendor billing, production support) to ensure the campus functions smoothly across all ministries. Manage all operational inventory needs for the facility and oversee use, storage, and maintenance of campus-wide resources. Implement and reinforce central operations systems, playbooks, and standards at the campus level, driving consistency and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage campus-level projects and events, support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines, communication, and execution stay aligned. Serve as the primary connection point to central ops, representing campus needs while driving adoption, accountability, and feedback loops. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, eliminate friction, and increase efficiency in partnership with other campus ministry leaders.

Requirements

Minimum of one year on a church staff preferred. Experience with data and systems management. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
