Franklin Campus Coordinator (Part-Time)

Position Profile Campus Coordinator (Part-Time, 25 hours) Reports To: Franklin Campus Pastor Purpose To serve as the operational backbone of the campus by translating vision into action, driving systems excellence, and leading logistics to create a seamless environment for ministry. Ability to execute events and strategies with attention to detail and a pastoral heart. Commitment to embody and champion the mission of Cross Point, the multi-site strategy and the Cross Point staff virtues. Primary Responsibilities Execution Partner to Campus Pastor Translate campus vision into executable plans, ensuring services, events, and environments run with clarity, consistency, and excellence.

Campus Operations Quarterback Own the coordination of all operational elements (facilities, logistics, scheduling, safety, production support) to ensure the campus functions smoothly across all ministries. Manage all operational inventory needs for the facility and oversee use, storage, and maintenance of campus-wide resources.

Partner with campus ministry leaders to give ministry back and build teams. Systems & Process Champion Implement and reinforce central operations systems, playbooks, and standards at the campus level, driving consistency and continuous improvement. Project & Initiative Leader Lead and manage campus-level projects and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines, communication, and execution stay aligned.

Central Operations Liaison Serve as the primary connection point to central ops, representing campus needs while driving adoption, accountability, and feedback loops. Operational Health & Efficiency Driver Identify opportunities to improve workflows, eliminate friction, and increase efficiency so ministry teams can focus on people, not process.

Requirements

Experience on a church staff preferred. Experience with data and systems management. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
